@BibleProject is a massive online ministry based on YouTube with videos summarizing every book in the Bible. Tim Mackie is the cocreator of The Bible Project, and Mackie has famously stated that "God did not create hell." Tim received quite a bit of backlash for this, but I have yet to see a full breakdown of the the other errors that Tim teaches, so I decided to create one. Tim does not believe in a literal hell at all. In fact, he teaches that "hell" is the equivalent of "sin," based on James 3:6. As such, he is saying that hell does not exist as a real place, and this makes sense since he believes that it was not created by God, and everything that exists has been created by God through Jesus, according to John 1:3 and Colossians 1:6. For years, I have told people that I DO NOT RECOMEND the Bible Project, which is a shame, since their videos are so well-produced, and they do contain lots of Biblical truth. However, the creators of The Bible Project are heavily influenced by modern liberal theology, and their teaching distorts even the very gospel of Jesus Christ. I hope that this is helpful in illustrating the problem with Tim Mackie's beliefs and teachings.
