This case was initially decided primarily by Republican appointees & has been overturned after being considered on a shaky foundation by many justices including the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

*I was wrong about justice Thomas having written the opinion. Thomas as a genetically black man is considered an apostate by the true regressive & thus gets more virulent treatment for not being politically black
