NSW Government To Charge Drivers By Kilometer In Latest CBD Tax

'Further government document leaks reveal a plan to charge drivers entering Sydney’s CBD a fee depending on how many kilometers they travel.

The proposal is similar to one currently in place in the UK where drivers pay a $25 daily fee to drive within 25 square kilometres of the city of London.'

These new proposals are aligned with the International Energy Agency recommendations to reduce oil use, along with things like “car-free Sundays” goals which all are aligned with the WEF's same vision.
