1. Your body doesn't monitor calories, your body monitors the bulk of fiber content.
2. "Fruits, Nuts, and Leaves from Trees and Vines"
20 million years ago our ancestors were small monkeys in the trees. The food they ate and were "designed to eat" was Fruits, Nuts, and Leaves from Trees and Vines.
3. Zoroastrian Tradition holds food from trees to be especially healthy and sacred.
The "Tree" and "Tree food" is held in high regard in many cultures in history.
4. I can of beer = I can of cola = 150 calories = 1/2 hour on the stationary bike.
6 cans of beer = 6 cans of cola = 900 calories = 3 hours on the stationary bike.
5. Our bodies are designed to ONLY DRINK WATER. No fruit juice, no soda, no alcohol, no ice cream, no milk products. Eat vegetarian and drink only water.
6. Read "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell.
7. Food is NOT Entertainment.
Avoid social gatherings centered on food.
Avoid Restaurants - the portions are too large and frequently have too much fat,
salt, and/or sugar.
Food is NOT a Reward.

Average daily caloric intake = 2,500 calories
Minimum daily fiber = 30 grams
30 / 2,500 = 1.2 grams of fiber for every 100 calories.
