As previously mentioned, I had to take about a week off of training, due to getting sick. However, I seemed to bounce back quite well! From here, I'll finish the rest of the final week of my program, with reduced volume; to start tapering, and redice fatigue. And then the following week will be greatly reduced volume, and some days of rest, and then I'll do some max tests! I also wanted to personally extend my congratulations to my buddy Sephist on YouTube, (And Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and such) for his awesome performance with his recent meet! I had to use this song for my lift, as it has been stuck in my head since he did his massive 705 lbs squat Meet PR with it playing in rhe background 🤘🏻.
