The Comeback Comeback: Season 4.0 Session 06 Monkey Bars
Back in south Florida and back to the monkey bars & calisthenics. We start as usual with a burpees, bar walk, jump rope combo, then hybrid training from there. We got over the bar and hung from our knees, (not mentioned) & what we're practicing with one hand. It's tricky to get out of the routine, but we have some highlights.
