We have to talk about the Key bridge and who is supposed to pay to fix it. Or rather, replace it. Here's a hint on how this is going so far: Joe just said we were going to foot the bill. We. Americans. Now we get to the title of this comedic news piece. Who pays for the bridge. Not it. How do they figure we are on the hook for this bridge bill?
