They were able to anger, scare an frustrate her to the point of her retaliating, demanding that they leave her alone.

Monir Omerzai filmed the event where he can be heard swearing at her and insulting her mother, but when he released the video, he conveniently edited out the part where he and his friends caused the original problem.

Monir Omerzai's actions lead to Kelly Pocha being fired at her car-dealership job.
