"One of the biggest craters in 8 years of war in Donbas was formed near Popasna yesterday. 50 meters long and approximately 9-10 meters deep. Artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine covered warehouses with explosive chemicals deep in the rear, near the village of Druzhba. It didn't make any sense. More than a month ago, the APU artillery was stationed here: they knew that we would not hit the chemical warehouses, so that civilians would not suffer and so as not to anger the locals. Then the Ukrainians retreated. Our troops, of course, did not hope for this, and over the past month they have not approached the warehouses."
