[EngSub]Understanding of the evil in the case of Japan these days

In these days of political turmoil, some Japanese opposition candidates are so-called technocrats who promote nuclear power. It is as if they believe they can realise HG Wells' dream of a "world state". If such a person were to gain power, he would bring great misery to the future of our people.

Voters can only vote for two types of candidate; a bad candidate or a worse candidate.
