This film was made in 1915, just 50 years after the Civil War. It was Written, Produced and Directed by Democrats that felt the Civil War and the rise of the KKK were the fault of the victims of slavery. This film was the first ever film to be privately screened at the White House. The sitting President at the time, Woodrow Wilson, (Democrat) praised the film. Comments from a history book he wrote can be found in the film.
So in a nut shell:
1) Black people were captured by other tribes in Africa then sold to Slavers
2) The Slavers sold them to plantation owners (Democrats) who enslaved them.
3) They were freed by a Republican President and a civil war.
4) Then they were blamed by those same Democrats that enslaved them for starting the Civil War and the creation of the KKK.
Yet so many of them still cling to the very party that did these things to them and still do things to them to this day. Why?
I have broken this film into multiple parts because at 4 parts, each was still too large for Bitchute. I know it's hard to sit through a 3 hour long silent film so, hopefully the multiple breaks will make it easier to watch.
This film was been banned in many places, but that is just more censorship. You should have the right to view and judge this for yourself.
Why would the Democrats write and create such a film in the first place?
Why do they project blame on to the victims? We've seen this a lot from that side of the aisle.
You will either agree that this is a misrepresentation of the reconstruction period following the Civil War or you won't. You will either agree that the content is racist or you won't. It's up to you.
