Out At Bay Point Dr...
I have worked the last couple years on many things on this home and I am sad to see that it has been demolished. A developer bought it and will be splitting the lots to build two separate homes. It is a great location and I am sure the new homes will be beautiful. But, My heart will always be with this one! Loved this house!
Firefighters and the SWAT used it for training before it got demolished. It had an elevator in it too. Probably was good training for them. Still, I am Sad to see this happened.
Some of the house including the front door was salvaged before the demo.
