Ana Garner + David Clements: A Non-local, 3-Way Analysis of Santa Fe's Emergency Proclamation v.22

Upon reading Mayor Webber's 22nd version of Santa Fe's "Emergency Proclamation", I reached out to (now, former) NMSU Law professor, David Clements, and New Mexico Stands Up lead attorney, Ana Garner, to come on together to help deconstruct the lies, fraud and propaganda that are comprising this emergency edict. Alas, life happens, and Ana was not able to make our first show. And so it is that I interviewed both David and Ana, separately, and am have merged both interview here for a wide-angle, layered, nuanced, macrocosmic view of this particular piece of nonsense being used to prop up the larger sham show, and destroy our capital city.
