Making the Bill of Attainment

The Bill of Attainment is simply submitting a list of things to be attained, or people. This concept is applied to us in the context of the national debt, or the debt levied upon the Nation of humans. A judgement is place, and a lien enforced through a Bill of Attainder, which can be found in the attainment of right to travel, marry, and many other liberties. Percentages of wages and revenue are taken, as a part of this Bill of Attainment. However, while this is mostly practiced in one way today, it can always go the other way.
