It is important to note that people might argue that the average life expectancy has increased over the years. This does not necessarily mean that everyone is getting healthier. In fact, the prevalence of diseases has increased significantly. It is also interesting to note that in primitive cultures that follow a hunter-gatherer lifestyle, life expectancy may be shorter due to infant mortality. However, individuals in these cultures often live longer and healthier lives if they eat according to their body's needs.
From a genetic standpoint, humans are meant to live up to 120 years on average. This means that if a person follows a natural diet and avoids unhealthy habits, they should be able to live a long and healthy life. Unfortunately, this is not the case for many people. The average life expectancy is around 78 years, which is considered middle-aged. In contrast, individuals in certain cultures who follow a carnivore lifestyle often live much longer. For example, there have been reports of individuals in the Nanets tribe who are still herding caribou and working 14-hour days in their 100s. They look and feel as healthy as 60-year-olds in America or the UK. This is because they are metabolically healthy.
One might wonder why many people are dying at a relatively younger age when their genetics suggest they should live longer. One possibility is that people have strayed from their natural diet and have adopted lifestyles that are detrimental to their health. This is where the carnivore diet comes into play.
The carnivore diet is a way of eating that emphasizes animal products such as meat, fish, and eggs while excluding plant-based
