In my experience running a grassroots court watching program for many years: when a mother in the family court/CPS system alleges her child is a victim of SA - while every case is different - in general, the mother is attacked and the alleged assailant is not charged.

Interestingly, if you research the Bachmeier case, for some reason Marianne is bad-mouthed: social media “journalists” allege she was a bad mother. It almost seems like there’s an agenda to protect these men.
