No one reads these, but we'll add it anyway. Approaching the close of season 8 we realize that we, including Ego is not the boss of the vessel. We expected to bulk during season 6, or was that 7? We didn't. Because we didn't eat more. Bod doesn't want to bulk. However it's beginning to look like we can become stronger without getting bigger. Imagine that. Another myth busted? We did elevate during the spring. We reduced our main exercise regimen to 4 with 2 of them using reverse grips. We reduced weight lifting to every other day and started working outside more often. We added calories to our one meal per day and lost fat/toxicity. We want to level up to a 175 average at least 85% of that weight gain being muscle. Season 9 starts end of June. Changes? Perhaps.
