Coming back to the topic of change and focus, I relate this to our need as men at a very basic level of our male nature to have a definite purpose and mission. Without such goals and reasons in mind, we can easily become frustrated, disheartened, depressed, angry, apathetic, etc as we feel our wheels spin.
