Main complainant and witness Justus Hoffmann appeared as nervous as last time, and admitted that his e-mails to Dr Fuellmich, pretending wanting to come to some agreement, were only serving one purpose: To know Fuellmich's whereabouts, to pass it on to the prosecutor, and to secure his arrest. Tempers flared and the judge ordered a short break of 5 minutes. No love lost between Hoffmann and Fuellmich. Viviane Fischer played "Good cop" this time. But this woman doesn't fool me, she's there to save herself, not to help Reiner.
