The last valid constitution is probably the one of the German Empire from 1871 however it probably was a company aswell.
I mean all countries at that time were already companies. That said I am btw. not necessarily an enemy of a well led one world goverment in form of a company under admirality law. It depends on who leads it. Currently everything is in the wrong hands.
Chemtrails and Geoengineering could be used to combat droughts and green the desert.
Implants could be used to download knowledge without studying.
Taxes could be completly abolished.
Everyone could receive 10.000 Dollar/Euro basic income a month without social score of course.

It seems like the Germans are probably the only people in the world who have the possibility to create a new system out of ashes and end world war one.
