While watching the video, lets keep in mind that what "they" are calling a "virus" is in scientific reality only cellular particles called exosomes. Exosomes are DNA protein fragments that are produced within a cell as a result of toxic epigenitic environmental changes around the cell. These toxic environmental changes can be anything from bad food/air(drugs, alcohol, smoking...), ingested or breathed poisons(like Arsenic or Hydrogen cyanide), high levels of prolonged physical or emotional stress(like being out of work...), electromagnetic radiation(like radar waves or now 5G waves) and as a reaction to the presence of harmful bacteria, fungus or parasites in the body.
Exosomes("viruses") are not living things like bacterium, fungus and parasites, they do not "MUTATE"; they are designed and produced from WITHIN a cell as a natural reaction to something toxic outside the cell, they are complex protein segments that the cell creates and then excretes FROM the inside to the outside of the cell for the purpose of eliminating the toxins from the body by moving it into the bloodstream.
One of the most efficient ways to eliminate waste from the body is to pull the toxin into the bloodstream where it can be released from the lungs by exhaling; some toxins release byproducts that are difficult for the lungs to release by breathing alone and these solid or liquid wastes can accumulate and cause the symptoms such as difficulty breathing and coughing once the cilia in the lungs transport these wastes(in mucus) where it stimulates the cough mechanism - this whole process of eliminating waste vastly increases the metabolic process within our cells which increases the temperature of our body, aka, a "fever" - we call these SYMPTOMS, the "flu" or "cold", etc.
It is merely the process of our body cleansing itself of built-up toxins and does not require a "vaccine" or "antibiotics" but only time, fluids(water), fresh air and rest in most cases. Under normal conditions, one may go into this detox process once or even a few times a year depending on the quality of food, water, air and emotional conditions. The most common time that this is TRIGGERED is in the fall and winter where there may be drastic environmental changes.
This natural detox process can also be triggered by sudden emotional stresses such as a death in the family... or by prolonged physical stress such as working very long periods of time without sleep. THe duration and severity is mainly determined by the amount and number of different toxins that one has been exposed to. The less toxic the food and air the less the symptoms and time needed to detox.
With regular proper fresh food, lots of clean water, a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep per night, moderate weekly exercise which reduces stress and accelerates the excretion of toxins, one can go years with very minimal to no symptoms at all. If you are doing all of that and still getting sick, then you are being poisoned in some way, such as flouride in the water, preservatives/chemicals in the food, toxins in the air, pharmaceutical prescription or OTC drug intake or electromagnetic radiation(5G is being rolled-out everywhere right now - in schools, universities, office buildings, stadiums, etc.the CV Hoax didn't stop the 5G industry, it accelerated it's implementation).
This is why the 5G is so extremely dangerous - with regular toxins, once those toxins that were ingested are eliminated from the body, then healing can begin; but with 5G, it is the frequency and modulation of the electromagnetic waves transmitted in the air that tricks the cell into the production of exosomes in an effort to eliminate a toxin that doesn't actually exist in the body, but the cell THINKS that it does - eventually we become toxic with exosomes and as long as the electromagnetic waves are being radiated, our bodies remain continually in a distressed state.
Any prolonged physical or emotional stress eventually leads to other debilitating and life threatening disease states such as cancers, heart disease, fibromyalgia and other stress related diseases. It dramatically shortens ones lifespan.
