George Alan Kelly is charged with second-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault for the shooting death of 48-year-old Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, an illegal migrant from Nogales, Mexico, on Jan. 30, 2023. This occurred on Kelly's 100 acre ranch in Keno Springs, Arizona.
Kelly claimed that multiple people had been trespassing on his property while being armed in all these events surrounding the shooting. Kelly in response fired a warning shot away from the group....later Kelly found the body of victim, in the opposite direction from which he fired.
