What is this story’s technological significance? A propulsion method without utilizing hydrocarbon-based fuel as a propulsion output but redirected using electrical means. Modifications of this technology would allow material manufacturing in zero gravity. Hennepin County confirmed that roughly 430 families (over 1,400 people) are being sheltered by the county. However, not all of these individuals are migrants. The county estimates that over 50% of these people are “new arrivals.”
David Hewitt, director of housing stability for Hennepin County, told Alpha News that Hennepin County has seen an “increase in demand from families that are new arrivals to the US, starting from late 2022.” Additionally, Hewitt said the county has “added a number of sites to meet the need for emergency shelter for all families in our community.”
In December, the number of people being sheltered by Hennepin County was higher, but those numbers have gone down as “families have moved out and into housing at a higher rate than new families have come into the system.”
In 2023, the shelter budget for Hennepin County was about $9.5 million. In 2024, the county’s shelter budget ballooned to $22.5 million. In addition to providing shelter, Hennepin County “helps all families experiencing homelessness access school and healthcare resources.”
Local government is not the only entity that is sheltering migrants in Minnesota; private enterprise also plays a significant part.
At a Holiday Inn in Bloomington, employees on site confirmed that the building is being used as a shelter run by a private organization, Primus Incorporated. Alpha News reached out to Primus Incorporated for information on the building, but the organization refused to answer any questions.

The highest supreme law within the United States of America is the Federal Constitution. The United States of America is a common law constitutional federal republic government system which is not a true democracy. The United States of America consists of 50 independent sovereign constitutional republics and some territories bonded together by a common federal constitution. The combined union of these 50 independent republics is called the United States of America as a single national republic.
Each state republic is technically an independent sovereign nation only bound to the whole by consent of the people and not the electorate. The independent republics created the federal government. The people created the state republics and the federal national government. The officials of these independent republics and the national government serve the whole as a proxy for the people.
The people created this government system, and the people also have the power to deconstruct this national government system if it no longer serves them.
The federal government has abrogated its contractual obligation to protect the state republics from invasion per Article IV section 4 of the federal constitution. The state republics have been crying foul for decades and the Texas republic has said enough is enough, in an act of self-preservation, Texas has taken upon themselves due to its own constitution to protect the general welfare of their own people, to protect its own border utilizing Article I section 10 clause 3 of the federal constitution. Twenty-four additional states are in support of Texas. The United States Supreme Court has no jurisdictional hold in this matter as Texas is following the federal constitution.

Secondly, Nikki Haley is not a natural born citizen IMO being a daughter of immigrants. Being a natural born citizen is a very special requirement for a reason. During the time our federal constitution was written specific conditions were drafted for those that occupied the presidential office. One of those conditions is to be a natural borne citizen (Article II, Section 1, Clause 5). What is that?
The definition of that during the time our federal constitution was written is explained by Emmerich De Vattel’s “The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law (1758)” book I, chapter 19, paragraph 212 citizens and natives - stating:
“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. 18 U.S.C. § 1365 defines consumer product tampering as tampering with the product with "reckless disregard" for the fact that it might cause injury or death or with the intent of causing injury to a business. It is also a federal crime to attempt to tamper with or taint a product, even if you fail in doing so.
