Democrat and Republican politicians in the US are forever at odds when it comes to just about every issue. But there is one subject that always brings them together: Israel and the Jews. No matter what new atrocity the state of Israel commits, and no matter what harm Jews in America inflict on the nation, we can be sure of one thing. Our politicians will keep calling Israel "our greatest ally," and "antisemitism" will always be the greatest crime under heaven (with racism against blacks taking second place). We can understand this unconditional support for Jewry abroad and home when we note the exorbitant "donations" (bribes) that American politicians get from pro-Israel interest groups.
