2) good structure quality
3) larger bath
4) feels spacious with murphy bed up
5) 200w solar with lithium capable solar charge controller
6) good clothing storage for 2 people
7) higher than typical road clearance for boondocking
8) 4 Season RV
9) 3 year structural warranty
10) PVC Roof
Cons -
1) converter not lithium compatible, need new one or install cut off switch at lithium battery
2) interior finish average quality
3) ceiling vents average quality
4) cheap plastic toilet that will likely leak eventually
5) roof insulation is water absorbent fiberglass
6) TV is dumb, need a firestick, et al
7) AC oversized at 13,500btu, itll be loud and require a larger generator while boondocking
Overall, it looks like a good choice for us as a retired couple. It seems like a solid RV that will last as long as I do. The interior concerns me mildly long-term as I anticipate cabinetry wearing, toilet leaking sewage, things breaking after 5+ years. Thats all manageable for me.
A comparable molded fiberglass RV that I could fit in (Oliver) would be twice the price. This RV feels adequate.
