Multiple sclerosis - Northern Canada and Scotland have the highest incidences.

February here actually gets up to 4 and sometimes even 5.

Vitamin D should be cyclical. It should rise in spring/summer/early fall and start to fall as you enter the winter.

We are supposed to be outdoors year round. Never too hot and never too cold to go outside.

Where are you going with your health? Especially if you keep doing the same thing you are doing?

You can't stay the same........if you attempt to stay the same you will get worse.
