Utah: Two police officers were hit by cars and sent to the hospital after a vehicle pursuit in Salt Lake County.

Officials with the Unified Police Department with Greater Salt Lake said an officer was hit by a car during the pursuit. A second officer intervened in the pursuit, and was also hurt.

Both officers and the suspect were transported to the hospital.

The details and nature of their injuries were not available. Officials did not say what agency the officers were from.
