When filming the incense burner in the river, i expected to relax and do some meditation myself. The process turned out to require a great deal of attention, as the tide was coming in and lapping at the feet of the tripod--causing the camera to tilt and thus necessitating constant adjustment. This shoot turned out to be a practice of mindfulness in itself, though not how i had imagined.
