O MY GOG! Divine, or Prophetic Self Fulfillment?

As both sides gradually become more and more beholden to extreme religious viewpoints over the years, does the risk of major Near Eastern—or even wider—war increase? Here's one apocalyptic vision not everyone agrees with (or interprets so literally). May cooler heads prevail.
