Chris's recipe:
Spicy Tuna Noodle Casserole (as prepared in video)
3-10.5 oz cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 or 2-4 oz can(s) diced green chiles
1 or 2-4 oz can(s) sliced mushrooms (drained)
1-15 oz can whole kernel corn
2-5 oz cans tuna
1 or 2-12 oz bags egg noodles (uncooked)
(1 packet dry Spicy Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing) - optional
1-8 or 10 oz bag shredded cheddar jack cheese
Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in slow cooker. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top. Heat on high for approximately 2 or 3 hours.

Chris’s Mom’s Ham & Beans
(This is great for using up leftover ham at Christmas or Easter)
1 lb Great Northern beans (dry)
Leftover ham, chopped (or a ham bone with some ham still on it)
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Wash beans thoroughly and take out any rocks or bad beans.
Soak beans overnight in cool water. When ready to cook, rinse beans
and cover with fresh water. Add ham, onion, and seasonings.
Cover and simmer over low heat in slow cooker overnight until beans are tender.
