The world is a crazy place, so let’s take the MUSCLE CAR CHALLENGE, so that no matter what happens, no matter what life throws at us, we are prepared and at our peak.
I have been on this journey, which started with my first modern Mopar, a V6 Dodge Challenger GT, and joking I said, “I cant have a muscle car without any muscles.”
It took a few more nudges, from Pewdiepie to a friend (RIP Darren), for me to finally take this more seriously. Working out at first sloppy, but slowly perfecting things, to where I felt better each day, despite all of my medical issues (I have a bingo card with them!)
My goal is to inspire that first step, and that commitment, that by this November, you are in the best shape of your life, from physical, to medically, to mentally.
Because, you are my family (insert VIN Diesel HA)
Oil is thicker than blood!
