Robert Malone often struggles with sussing out how much of the COVID horror and its enduring wake is due to direct Globalist control (e.g., WEF Young Global Leader plants like Justin Trudeau, Gavin Newsom, Jacinda Ardern) and how much is due to bureaucratic incompetence because the skills needed to land a position within a large bureaucracy ostensibly devoted to Public Health (NIH, FDA, CDC) are unrelated to the skills needed to perform the assigned task. Steven Hatfill provides an interesting take on this latter issue, rightly calling the solutions of people like Deborah Birx and Anthony Fauci “moronic” or "imbecilic" and showing how they behaved that way, contrary to science and fact. He offers some fresh data not found elsewhere and a surprisingly non-conspiratorial understanding of what went wrong for someone who was the first guy that the FBI framed for the 9/11 anthrax letters. Hatfill was tough enough to survive the frame-up and won a circa $5.8 million settlement against the agency, so the FBI next carefully chose an emotionally vulnerable victim for its second frame-up, Bruce Ivins, and either killed him or drove him to suicide.
