Goth on Ice: Backward Outside Edges

The backward outside edges is supposed to be a continuous progression, with an arm and foot position switch halfway through each lobe I. preparation for the next lobe on the other foot. At this stage I'm not worrying about that, just trying to get to the point where I can ride the edge consistently the entire half circle.

In previous practices, I had the lifted foot wrong. I had it at the heel of the gliding foot, like for forward edges. Breaking that habit and relearning the balance because the new position shifts weight is proving to be a challenge.
