Many of the studies you see that proclaim meat is bad, or coconut oil is bad, always fail to show that these same individuals are consuming high amounts of sugar, eating processed foods, and bad oils.
They have extremely unhealthy lifestyles that are killing them, and then the study points to coconut oil as the problem. It’s ridiculous.
Coconut oil has been used by tribes all around the world for thousands of years who do not suffer from disease like the industrial world does.
Coconut oil has many benefits and I have a huge tub in my house at all times. It can handle a higher amount of heat without damaging it. You should not heat your coconut oil beyond 350 degrees.
For frying, use avocado oil as it has a smoke point of 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
