• Green onion – 2 tbsp
Salad Dressing:
• Walnuts – 3 oz | 100 g
• Tomatoes – 5 oz | 150 g
• Garlic – 2 cloves
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
• Wine vinegar – 2 tsp
• Fresh cilantro – 2 tbsp
• Fresh basil – 1 tbsp
• Ground coriander – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
