Losing weight is easy if you understand it. Let me explain.
The hardest part of weight loss…. The biggest thing that will get in your way… is your emotions.
Mentally weight loss is easy, emotionally it’s hell.
You have emotional attachments to food, restaurants, sugary drinks and deserts. You know you shouldn’t eat certain things but you keep going back for more.
Our goal here is to lower blood sugar. You will notice I didn’t tell you to starve yourself, but rather gave you multiple ways to drop blood sugar and insulin levels.
This is because you won’t lose weight if your blood sugar isn’t under control. Insulin is a fat storage hormone and must be lowered to get any significant change in fat loss.
