Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - The Movie is a beat'em up developed by SIMS and published by Sega. It was released in North America, Europe, Brazil and Australia.

The game has nothing to do with homonymous games on other platforms.

As the title indicates, the game is based on the movie adaption of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. At construction site in Angel Grove, a large egg is acciddentally unearth. When the egg is cracked by Lord Zedd and his henchmen, it reveals an evil sorcerer called Ivan Ooze who had Earth under his cruel rule 6000 years ago, before he was overthrown. Ivan wastes no time and strives to conquer Earth once again, and it is up to the Power rangers to stop him.
