INGREDIENTS :

450 grams sliced Cod fillets
4 tablespoons thai red curry paste
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
64 grams chopped green beans
4 chopped kaffir lime leaves
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a blender add 450 grams sliced Cod fillets, 64 grams chopped green beans
.add 4 tablespoons thai red curry paste, 1 egg
.add 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, 4 chopped kaffir lime leaves
.add 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
.add 1 tablespoon lime juice, 3 tablespoons flour and blend together
.heat up oil in frying pan on medium heat
.use spoon to scoop fish mix into frying pan
.cook until golden brown on each side
.place fish cakes on kitchen tissue to absorb the oil
